A sports complex in Woodstock, Vt., that faces an uncertain future is seeking $125,000 to keep running.
The Woodstock Union Arena is owned by the local high school.
Vermont Public Radio reports officials say the arena has been running in the red for years. The board of directors has proposed dipping into a $450,000 endowment.
But the endowment's trustees and school board did not agree that was the best solution. They encouraged discussion about other possibilities.
The school board's new Arena subcommittee will meet soon with the facility's management to work on a solution.
