By 2013, stalwart Senators Joseph Lieberman and Christopher Dodd will represent a past generation in Connecticut politics. In today’s Congressional Corner, Rich Clark of the Castleton State College Poll tells WAMC’s Alan Chartock that the race to replace Lieberman could go either way.
