Mendelssohn Club of Albany Announces Annual Spring Concert
The Mendelssohn Club of Albany will perform its traditional spring concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17th in the New York State Education Building’s historic Chancellors Hall.
"Give My Regards to Broadway" will feature songs from a range of popular Broadway musicals. Two special guests will join the club to help celebrate the rich tradition of Broadway musicals and the arrival of spring.
Carolee Carmello is an American actress best known for her performances in Broadway musicals. She is a three-time Tony Award nominee and a five-time Drama Desk nominee.
Joseph Kyungjin Han is a dynamic and versatile opera singer, conductor, and esteemed college professor, recognized for his exceptional talent and international achievements. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Professor and Director of Vocal and Choral Studies at SUNY Schenectady College and teaches musical theatre singing as a Lecturer in Voice at the University at Albany (SUNY)
