Start with the phrase CHESS GAME. Change one letter to an N, and you can rearrange the letters to spell a four-letter word for certain farm animals and a five-letter word for where those animals might be kept. What are the words?
Answer: If you change the M to an N, you can spell HENS and CAGES.
THIS WEEK'S CATEGORY: WHAT'S IN THE MIDDLE?
On-air questions: Time once again for one of our slightly offbeat categories. This one is called "What's in the Middle?" I'm going to name two members of a category, and you tell me the two members of that category that come between mine alphabetically. For example, if I said "Saturday and Wednesday," you would say "Sunday and Thursday", since the category is days of the week, and those are the two days alphabetically between Saturday and Wednesday. I won't give you the categories; you'll have to figure them out.
