WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the Ukraine expert expected to testify today on President Trump's July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Dr. Chartock also comments on an upcoming House vote to formalize the impeachment inquiry, the issue of gerrymandering in North Carolina, and a pro-democracy activist who was barred from elections in Hong Kong.
