Bennett Liebman of the Albany Law School's Government Law Center joins WAMC's Alan Chartock to discuss sports gambling.
Liebman heads the GLC's Saratoga Institute. Liebman, who has held high-level positions in state government for 30 years, most recently served as Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s Deputy Secretary for Gaming and Racing, where he had overall responsibility for administration of gaming and racing matters in New York State agencies including horse racing, casino gambling, Lottery, and Indian Gaming issues.
