NFL:

Free agent QB Robert Griffin III has found a home in Cleveland where the Browns signed him to a two-year, $15 million contract. The 26-year-old didn't play a down last season for Washington, which gave up three No. 1 draft picks four years ago to trade up to get Griffin, who was cut unceremoniously by the Redskins.

The New England Patriots have signed veteran receiver Nate Washington. New England announced the addition yesterday. The 32-year-old played last season with the Texans and was an unrestricted free agent.

The New York Jets have re-signed linebacker Erin Henderson to a two-year contract. The signing gives the Jets a potential starter at inside linebacker opposite David Harris. Henderson rotated at the spot last season with Demario Davis, who recently signed with Cleveland as a free agent.

The cost of being a New York Giants season-ticket holder isn't changing in 2016. In a letter last month to season ticket holders, the Giants told patrons that the cost of tickets and parking will not change. The Giants raised ticket prices last season, the only time the team made adjustments across the board since it moved into MetLife Stadium in 2010.

MLB:

Alex Rodriguez says he could change his mind and play beyond 2017, but the New York Yankees slugger repeated his current intent is to quit after two more seasons.
