Duke is the NCAA champions in men's basketball after Tyus Jones and fellow freshman Grayson Allen combined to score 29 of the Blue Devils' 37 second-half points to lead a 68-63 triumph over Wisconsin. Allen scored 10 of his 16 points after intermission, and Jones provided 13 of his 23 points after the Badgers went ahead 48-39 with about 13 ½ minutes remaining. Mike Krzyzewski joins UCLA's John Wooden as the only coaches to win at least five NCAA men's titles.

The induction ceremony is in September in Springfield, Massachusetts.

A person with knowledge of the situation tells The Associated Press that Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson will meet with the NFL Tuesday to discuss his playing status. Peterson was suspended under the NFL's personal conduct policy through at least April 15 due to a child abuse case involving his young son, a decision he appealed. Commissioner Roger Goodell has said he planned to meet with Peterson before that date to determine his status.

Longtime Raiders defensive assistant and former NFL player Charlie Sumner has died at the age of 84. Sumner served three tours as a Raiders assistant with his most memorable moment coming as defensive coordinator in the Super Bowl following the 1983 season.
