SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras was in Ulster County today, stopping at two colleges. He was checking in on how SUNY New Paltz was doing with its COVID-19 testing ahead of the start of in-person classes February 1st. Then he headed to SUNY Ulster. He spoke Monday afternoon with WAMC’s Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne.
