Scam Advisory: We have been made aware that an online entity is posing as Joe Donahue to invite authors and other creatives onto our radio shows. The scammers then attempt to charge guests an appearance fee for exposure/publicity.
Please note: WAMC does not charge guests to appear on the station and any email about appearing on a WAMC program will come from a wamc.org email address.

As an NPR member station we also get web services from NPR and when upgrades are needed our sites are upgraded as well. The experience will take some getting used to as it did with the previous website version years ago, but many of the bugs and issues with the old website were causing us to have to make upgrades. As is the nature of technology and devices, there will need to be upgrades every few years, and our staff is here to help you navigate those changes. Having Trouble Listening Via Your Smart Speaker?

Google Home and Amazon smart speakers are working properly. Please reboot if you are having issues with your device and try again.

Try these commands:

On Google Home, "OK Google, play WAMC Radio" or "OK Google, play WAMC Northeast Public Radio."

On Amazon Echo, say "Alexa, play WAMC Radio" or "Alexa, WAMC Northeast Public Radio."

If you are using a Logitech Squeezebox, Please go to this page, select a stream and add it to the "My Account" section of mysqueezebox.com.
