New York lawmakers continue to hash out details of the $254 billion state budget, says WNYC's Jon Campbell

New York State has a budget. Or at least that’s what Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul announced Monday. However, state lawmakers say they’re still working to wrap things up. I spoke with with WNYC’s Jon Campbell for an update as state lawmakers are expected to begin voting on the $254 billion budget in the coming days.
