U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regional Administrator Judith Enck made a few stops in the Capital Region this week. WAMC caught up with Enck at Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont, where she touted new federal regulations to protect farmworkers from harmful pesticides. A day earlier, Enck attended a meeting in Albany’s South End where residents spoke up about health concerns that have arisen living next to a shipping hub for crude oil.
