Albany, NY – A death threat against Albany County District Attorney David Soares has been turned over to the F.B.I. for investigation. Soares tells WAMC News the threat was made because of his decision not to prosecute the occupy Albany protestors who were arrested for violating a curfew in a state -owned park near the capitol. Soares spoke with WAMC's Brian Shields about the threat and the investigation.
