Utica Public Library Seeks Tax Approval

Utica, NY – The Utica Public Library is making plans to improve its services - looking for voters to approve a new tax that would subsidize an 80 per cent increase in its annual budget, giving the library a much-needed cash infusion. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
