Livingston, NY – New York State Department of Environmental Conservation officials Wednesday announce the purchase of a 320-acre historic parcel in the Town of Livingston as their first act for their Quad Legacy Plan, a long-term plan focusing of preservation of the Hudson River and Lake Champlain areas.
