Plattsburgh, NY – Consumers hit with sharply higher gasoline costs trhoughout the region need to get ready for higher heating bills this winter. While low income advocates across the region are bracing for a rough winter, they are also concerned that many in the middle class will begin to feel the pinch as heating bills rise as much as 30-percent this winter.
