Northampton, MA – The state of Vermont has until Friday to decide on a 500-million-dollar plan to buy a series of hydroelectric dams in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief, Eesha Williams reports.
