The annual Easter Polish Food Sale will be held on Saturday, April 9, where all-new pierogis will be unveiled. The BVMC Church is excited to announce a new partnership with Babcia’s Pierogi out of Buffalo, NY. As the exclusive distributor in the Capital Region, the food sale will feature 16 new pierogi varieties that are twice the size of previously offered pierogi, including traditional flavors like potato and cheese, sauerkraut, and sweet cheese; signature flavors like buffalo wing, taco, kielbasa & kraut, and apple; and some new specialty favorites including beef on weck, potato mushroom & bleu cheese, stuffed banana pepper, and jalapeno popper.
