WOODSTOCK—The 2025 concert year begins Sunday, January 19 at St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church in Woodstock featuring composer/pianist/violinist Charles Wang, a student at New York’s famed Juilliard School.

The concert, featuring Wang, will begin at 3 pm on January 19. Wang studies composition with Ira Taxin and piano with Adelaide Roberts at Juilliard Pre-College as well as studying violin with Alexandra Gorokhovsky of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.

The Woodstock concert by Wang will feature the works of Beethoven, Beach, Chopin and Scriabin.

“We welcome everyone to what will be an incredible performance by Charles Wang,” said concert coordinator Marie Duane.

This concert is free to the public and donations are greatly appreciated. St. Gregory’s is located at 2578 Route 212 in Woodstock.
