Helsinki On Broadway Presents Heather MacRae's "Songs For My Father"

Star of the original company of Hair, Falsettos, Merrily We Roll Along and A Catered Affair, Broadway veteran Heather MacRae brings her award winning tribute to her iconic film star father, Gordon MacRae in Songs for My Father at Helsinki on Broadway @ Helsinki Hudson on October 11th.

MacRae sings the songs her father made famous from such films as Rodger and Hammerstein's Oklahoma, Carousel, and Tea for Two, as well as tells stories about what life was like growing up as the daughter of Gordon and Sheila MacRae in Hollywood and New York City.

Songs for My Father is both a breathtaking musical tribute to the actor/singer who was such a part of The Golden Age of Hollywood as well as a uniquely beautiful father/ daughter relationship. The show is October 11th.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
