Clear early tonight, then increasing clouds. Lows in the teens.
Cloudy tomorrow with light snow or snow showers, especially south of I-90. Highs in the lower to mid 30's.
A dusting up to 2 inches, mainly south of I-90 with little or no accumulation to the north. Parts of the Catskills could have as much as 3 inches.
