Albany, NY – Mitt Romney was declared the victor in the Florida Republican presidential primary with a commanding 46 percent of the vote. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich finished second with nearly 32 percent, followed by Rick Santorum and Ron Paul, with 13 and 7 percent respectively
While this result may propel Romney deeper into the public consciousness as the presumed nominee, the fight is not over, as was evident in Newt Gingrich's post-election comments, during which he took shots at Romney, including calling him a Massachusetts moderate'
