Albany, NY – In his State of the State Address delivered January 4 in Albany, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made the case for amending the state's constitution to allow for full casino gaming.
Meanwhile officials in Massachusetts have already approved the establishment of three resort-style casinos and a slots parlor, and are in the process of outlining the regulations under which they will be constructed and operated.
