Albany, NY – Following a report by the New York Post that Governor Andrew Cuomo may be sought as a replacement for Vice President Joe Biden by the Obama administration, Obama aides are saying today that Biden is on the 2012 re-election ticket. The Post reported that Cuomo, who isn't even a year into his term as governor, is doing very well. Some in the New York State GOP even say he'd be an asset to the president.
