Albany, NY – There is now nothing to prevent kids from buying or renting ultraviolent video games. The Supreme Court says they fall under the free-speech provision of the First Amendment. The court ruled 7-2 that states can't ban the sale or rental of ultra-violent video games to children. Instead, the justices are leaving it up to parents and the gaming industry to decide what kids can buy. It's the focus of this edition of Vox Pop with WAMC's Ray Graf
