Albany, NY – U.S. officials are trying to figure out how to avoid inflaming Islamic sentiment while offering proof of Osama bin Laden's death. There are graphic photos of a dead bin Laden and a video of the al-Qaida leader's swift burial at sea. Officials want to debunk the mythology already building that bin Laden is somehow still alive. On the environmental front, hydraulic fracturing is still a big policy focus in New York State and in other parts of the northeast, with plans moving forward for rallies meant to draw attention to the issue.
