Albany, NY – The woman in charge of NPR is stepping down, in the wake of a hidden-camera video in which another NPR executive is heard bashing the tea party movement as ``racist.'' The video, posted by a conservative activist, brought new calls to end federal funding for public broadcasting. NPR's board says it has accepted the resignation of Vivian Schiller. She's not related to Ron Schiller, who was seen in the hidden-camera video saying that NPR would be better off without federal money.
