Boston, MA – Legislation that could help financially struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure, or keep a roof over their heads even if a lender seizes their home, is expected to be filed for the new session of the Massachusetts Legislature. This comes as the state prepares regulations to enact anti-foreclosure laws that went on the books only six months ago WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports .
