Springfield, MA – As part of an effort to prevent foreclosures, the Obama Administration has increased funding 22 percent over last year for housing counseling services. The US Department of House and Urban Development New England Regional Director was in Springfield Tuesday to announce grants to support Massachusetts counseling agencies..
