Springfield MA – More than two years after the City Council in Springfield Massachusetts green lighted a biomass power plant, that has yet to be built, some councilors are angling to kill the project. The plant's developers may have actually opened the door to opponents by making the project cleaner WAMC"s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports .
