Scam Advisory: We have been made aware that an online entity is posing as Joe Donahue to invite authors and other creatives onto our radio shows. The scammers then attempt to charge guests an appearance fee for exposure/publicity.

Berkshire County Arc Presents Sprout Film Festival

Sprout Film Festival logo

Founded in 1954, Berkshire County Arc provides a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

On Sunday, April 3, the Berkshire County Arc Down Syndrome Family Group will host the 2016 Berkshire County Sprout Film Festival at Crosby Elementary School in Pittsfield, Mass. The Festival begins at noon and will feature short films about individuals with various disabilities, their lives and personal achievements.

Jessica McNair, Family Advocate & Adult Family Care Case Manager for Berkshire County Arc is here to tell us more.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
