The Strand Publishes "New" Fitzgerald Short Story

Harper Lee’s Go Set A Watchman might have garnered the most headlines this summer, but another American literary great has an unexpected new story out: F. Scott Fitzgerald, who’s been dead almost 75 years.

“Temperature” is a short story about a traveler who returns to L.A. to confront mortality, Hollywood attitudes and himself.

The Strand published “Temperature” in its latest issue, and managing editor Andrew Gulli joined us to talk about it.
