An Essex County jury found Luciano Frattolin guilty Monday of killing his 9-year-old daughter last summer and leaving her body in an Adirondack pond.

The trial of Luciano Frattolin, who is accused of killing his 9-year-old daughter near Ticonderoga, ended its second week on Friday.

During opening statements, the prosecution painted Luciano Frattolin as a man continually changing his story as investigators discovered information that challenged his narrative. His attorney said law enforcement decided his client's guilt before the investigation began.

The man accused of killing his 9-year-old daughter and hiding her body was arraigned in Essex County Court today.
