Last week, the Massachusetts Senate approved its version of a proposed fiscal year 2022 budget. The nearly $48 billion plan heads next to a conference committee to reconcile it with the House’s proposal. Western Massachusetts Democratic State Senator Adam Hinds is the Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Revenue.
