Dr. Alan Chartock

WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the issue of the legislative filibuster, and the significance of West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin III should Democrats succeed in eliminating it. Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that fewer people are pursuing jobs as teachers during the pandemic. Also in the headlines: the massive cargo ship Ever Given, which has been stuck in the Suez Canal since last week, is now partially afloat.
