WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock reviews President Joe Biden's first news conference Thursday, in which Biden discussed top issues such as immigration, U.S. relations with China, and the legislative filibuster. Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has signed a law establishing new restrictions on mail-in voting in the state.
