A mural inspired by the death of George Floyd is being painted on the side of building in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The mural will feature the names of more than 60 unarmed people of color who were killed by police in the past 12 months.
It is being painted on the MLK Jr. Family Services building by three artists who have donated their time.
Project organizer Britt Rhue wants people to come and read the names on the mural.
"And imagine what it would feel like to stand here with your mother's name on this wall, or your child, or your brother, or your friend," said Rhue.
There is space for people to write personal messages on paper doves.
