Albany Berkshire Ballet To Explore Rockwell, Shakespeare In 50th Anniversary Season

Pittsfield, Massachusetts-based Albany Berkshire Ballet is marking its 50^th anniversary in 2019. Associate Artistic Director Mary Giannone Talmi tells WAMC that the half-century celebration will see ambitious new works alongside the staples the company is known for.

A passionate advocate for Western Massachusetts, Landes was raised in Pittsfield and attended Hampshire College in Amherst, receiving his bachelor's in Ethnomusicology and Radio Production.
