An organization dedicated to enhancing public access to the Hoosic River in downtown North Adams, Massachusetts has hired a new executive director. Jason LaForest, a first-term city councilor, takes over for Al Bashevkin, who stepped in after Matthew Miller left the post.
LaForest spoke with WAMC’s Jim Levulis about his new role with the Hoosic River Revival.
