Another former staffer at a shuttered Berkshire County school for boys and men with developmental disabilities has pleaded guilty to abuse charges.Damian Sinclair of Albany pleaded not guilty in Berkshire Superior Court Monday to three counts each of assault on a disabled person and caretaker abuse of a disabled person. Prosecutors allege the 24-year-old assaulted three Eagleton School students between January 2014 and May 2015.

The Great Barrington school closed in April and some 70 students were transferred to other facilities after investigations following a January raid uncovered reports of systemic abuse. More than a dozen former staffers have been charged in connection.
