Kyra Sedgwick Performance Kicks Off Williamstown Theatre Festival Season

Featuring numerous well-known performers, the Williamstown Theatre Festival’s 61st season gets going Tuesday night.Having taken over for Jenny Gersten, this season marks the first for the Tony Award-winning theatre under the direction of artistic director Mandy Greenfield.

“I’ve been busy putting the season together working with the incredible staff of the festival to bring us to this moment where all of the artists and all of the work that’s brought us to this moment converges as we bring it to life on stage for the first time,” said Greenfield.

Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winner Kyra Sedgwick kicks things off in a world premiere of Off The Main Road at 7:30 Tuesday night. The likes of Cynthia Nixon, Will Swenson and Audra McDonald also grace the stages this season which runs through August 23rd
