BIFF Reuniting 'Animal House' Cast At Mahaiwe

wikipedia.org

Cast members from the 1978 classic National Lampoon’s Animal House are meeting for a reunion at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington Saturday. There’s also a Q-and-A after the screening.Faber College’s class of characters grossed more than $141 million and now some of the classmates are reuniting for an event hosted by the Berkshire International Film Festival.

“There’s a little innocence in this film, but it’s also very, very funny,” said festival director Kelley Vickery. “I think the fact that it has John Belushi in it continues to resonate.”

And Belushi’s character sure displayed some innocence with this line…“Nothing is over until we decide it is,” Belushi says in the film. “Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?”

The event starts at 7 Saturday night. Click here for ticket information.
