The City of Newburgh is looking for members to serve on two reformulated commissions.

The Arts & Cultural Commission will consist of between nine and 15 members, two-thirds of whom shall be city residents. Appointed members are to serve three-year terms, for the most part. And the Parking and Traffic Advisory Committee seeks members, who will be appointed by the City Council, for two-year terms. There will be nine members, including up to six city residents and one representative of an agency or group that advocates for people with disabilities.

Individuals interested in serving on the Arts & Cultural Commission should submit a letter indicating name, address, phone number, email address and a statement of qualifications and interest in appointment to Eliana Diaz (ediaz@cityofnewburgh-ny.gov) on or before June 27, 2018.
