A New York state Senator who did not run for re-election, has unveiled the details of his private sector plans.
Republican state Senator Greg Ball Monday announced the launch of a technology, political consulting, marketing and investment company called Black Stone Global, with locations in New York, Chicago, and Austin, Texas. Ball will serve as CEO, while two of his Senate staffers, Communications Director Josef Bachmeier and Operations Director Colin Schmitt, will serve as chief marketing officer and president, respectively. The Black Stone announcement describes Ball as having made a national name for himself for his unconventional, yet successful, political gamesmanship. Entrepreneur Charles Miles of Chicago will serve as chief financial officer.
