Each August, the Grafton Community Library teams up with the Grafton Lakes State Park to hold the main fundraising event of the year to benefit our library. The event consists of a USATF sanctioned 5K foot race, and children’s 1 Mile Fun Run, held at Grafton Lakes State Park. The proceeds provide critical support for our library’s programming and materials collection. Racers receive a t-shirt, book, and a rose. Fun Run paid entrants receive a t-shirt, book, ribbon & ice cream certificate. Refreshments are provided for race/Fun Run participants.
