Suspended Pastor Has Pleaded Guilty To Charges Of Unlawful Surveillance

Adam Egan, pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful surveillance in the Second Degree.

A suspended pastor at a Bethlehem church pleaded guilty in Colonie Town Court yesterday to one count of unlawful surveillance in the Second Degree. 

Adam Egan, who had previously worked at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, was charged with videotaping a woman who was getting dressed at a Salvation Army in the Town of Colonie. Egan faces three years under supervision of the Department of Probation and will be required to abide by sex offender conditions during that time. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 25th.
