Albany, NY – In today's Academic Minute, Dr. Paul Gary Wyckoff of Hamilton College's government department draws a parallel between presidential decisions and The Wizard of Oz.
Dr. Wyckoff is associate professor of government and director of the Arthur Levitt Public Policy Center. Dr. Wyckoff earned a Ph.D. at the University of Michigan.
His areas of interest include the finances of public expenditure programs, with an emphasis on capitalization and intergovernmental fiscal relations.
