You won’t find Inspire magazine on your local newsstand, but an article in that publication may have been the blueprint for the bombings in Boston.
Dr. Jessica Stern, an expert on terrorism and a policy consultant, who served in the Clinton administration on the National Security Council, and is now on the Hoover Institution Task Force on National Security and Law, says the pressure cookers used in the Boston Marathon bombings have been used before in other attacks, including Mumbai, India. She spoke with WAMC’s Brian Shields.
