WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses Monday's House Judiciary Committee hearing, and reports that House Democrats plan to outline two articles of impeachment against President Trump today. 

Dr. Chartock also comments on the Justice Department's review of the Russia inquiry, which found no evidence of political bias against the president. Also in the headlines: Democratic voters named Hillary Clinton their top choice for president in a new Harvard-Harris poll.
