Sen. Chris Murphy Reacts To Obama's Final SOTU

Connecticut U.S. Senator Chris Murphy is reacting to the final State of the Union address by his fellow Democrat President Barack Obama last night. Sen. Murphy says he was pleased with the president's comments on foreign policy and electoral reform, but says unfortunately, the president's regrets over partisanship in Washington are well-founded.
